Securing daily motivation

Times are hard. When things don’t go according to plan, we stumble. We can feel instinctively that if life extrapolates from the current graph, we only have downhill to walk about. Self images that we’ve built for so long are constantly being attacked by external world. We need to change.

However, how do we change when we have no energy left? Once we start losing hopes, accomplishments, supports, and money, where do we get the energy? Can we even get up from the bed and go out of the house? We need motivation. We need to secure everyday motivation to function properly and solve hard problems. Two things that help me are: (1) having positive thoughts that are factual (i.e. “maybe good things will happen today”) and (2) putting myself into alert mode (i.e. doing plank for as long as you can).
